My delivery address is incorrect, what do I do?

Unfortunately, when an order has been completed online and sent off to our warehouse for processing, it cannot be changed or updated on our end.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation and Royal Mail Tracking number via email, you can redirect the parcel to your preferred delivery address via the Royal Mail app or website. Click here to find out how to redirect your order.
